4. Pricing and Payment
All prices for plumbing services are provided prior to work beginning. We do not commence work without your authorization of the quoted price. Payment is due upon completion of services unless a prior written arrangement has been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.
Unpaid invoices may be subject to a late fee and collection procedures in accordance with California law.
5. Warranty and Workmanship
We stand behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms for specific services are communicated at the time of service. Warranty coverage applies to our labor and workmanship and does not cover damage caused by pre-existing conditions, misuse, third-party work, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., flooding, earthquakes, freezing).
Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are passed through to the customer and are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Coastline Plumbing Inc's total liability for any claim arising from our services or your use of this website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions, hidden damage, or damage caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to soil movement, tree roots, or aging infrastructure not identified during the service visit.
